The weather should be good this weekend so it's time to get the herbs in the ground. I really love having an herb garden! Cooking with fresh herbs really does make the food taste better. Luckily, I have some perennial herbs and won't have to start from scratch with everything. So far there is : Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Italian Parsley(good for meatballs), mint, bay leaf and cilantro. I may add some new ones this year. I'm sure Chris and I will take a trip to the farm soon.
