The actions of people either in your everyday life or stories you hear on the news will affect you in some way. It is you who chooses your response. Sometimes you may feel: Sad Angry Frustrated Depressed ¯ It’s okay to feel these emotions. Sometimes these feelings are an essential springboard to moving forward in your life. Feel these feelings and move through them, but don’t choose to always be Sad, Angry, Frustrated or Depressed. ¯ Make the choice to be Happy. It’s always your choice and always will be your choice.
