Strengthen your Mental Health doing the following:

  1. Read a book.
  2. Take a walk, breathe in the fresh air and feel the sun.
  3. Turn on some music.
  4. Put up a birdfeeder.
  5. Go to a religious service of your choice.
  6. Call a friend.
  7. Keep a journal.
  8. Ask for help when needed.
  9. Cook or bake something yummy.
  10. Hug somebody.
