My Dad passed away on Saturday after a long illness with Alzheimer's disease. He was in stage 7(the very end) for some time. While it hurts to lose a loved one, it's also a blessing that he is not suffering any longer. He is free. Nursing Homes for people who are terminally ill. Good Nurses and staff. Good sandwiches and delis. Four leaf clovers. A good Riesling. Diners. Old photographs. Fruit baskets. Good support systems. Family.
