PA Things to be happy/grateful for: Meeting new people: we moved to a new City/State about a year ago and it has been a challenge to meet new people, but we are very grateful for the new friends we have made. Fresh clams: currently working on perfecting my Clams Casino recipe. Discovering new cheeses: this week we tried Bacon Horseradish..Yum! Container Gardens: there's nothing like having fresh oregano and basil around. Low tide and sandbars: my favorite time to be at any body of water. Riding Bikes: checked out the path along the Delaware Canal.

The Italian Market in Philadelphia. Good Cheesesteaks. A small wooden basket of herbs that can be planted and kept inside.

Things to be happy/grateful for: Our daughter's trip to see us in our new home. A great burger. The great weather. The weather gets warmer every day and everyone is happier. :) Signs of Spring. Surprising my husband with concert tickets. Long walks..I write this alot, but it's something that has become a very important part of our life. Seeing a Cardinal, Woodpecker, Bluejay and Robin all in the same tree. Starting a new volunteer position. Great service people. New tires for the truck.

    Things to be Happy/Grateful for: Not having to drive to work in bad weather. Meeting some new people. Fresh new snow on trees. Seeing the movie August: Osage County. Baked Ziti with homemade sauce. Shallots. Finding another awesome Italian Market. More eBay sales. Portable massage chairs. Receiving a letter from an old friend. Cooking Tip: Use the rind from your chunk of Parmigiano Reggiano in your tomato sauce. Remove after your sauce is done cooking. It adds alot of flavor.

Things to be happy/grateful for: Old bottles...I really like old bottles, something about them like each one has it's own story to tell. Essential Oils. I'm seriously going to learn how to cook Pad Thai. :)
